My quest continues for products/essentials under 3.oz. Not easy, but do-able, to a certan extent. I’ve realized it is just impossible to have all of one’s beloved products in one carry-on. So in my battle to fight the dryness that comes with frequent air travel and remain TSA compliant, I packed Embroylisse’s 24-hour Lait Creme Concentre (24-Hour Miracle Creme) on a recent trip to Europe.
I stumbled across the Embryolisse line years ago while in France and was thrilled to find it in NYC at Ricky’s. This little tube (which weighs in at 1.oz and 2.6.oz for retail) is known to be used three ways–primer, moisturizer and even-post shave. It is creamy, but not heavy and packs in some aloe for a soothing element. I went solo with this product for my flight and now understand its popularity. Softness aside, it made me glow without looking too shiny and my face didn’t have that tight, dry feeling that comes from sitting on a chilly airplane for six hours.
Embryolisse, aside from the interesting name, is a French line of skincare that many in the know swear by. I stocked up on a few products (more on this later) and have been working through them this this fall. From what I see and feel, the active ingredients are potent enough, but also gentle so no harsh reactions!
