a new (health) protocol

We’ve been reading a lot so far this year. So many great and informative books landed on our desks before the holidays that’s we’ve been busy reading, researching and taking action on certain aspects of our lives. My team and I have studied The New Health Rules, by NYC-based Dr. Frank Lipman, are figuring out our “nutritional style” with Wellness Coach Holli Thompson and getting “reset” with foodie rockstar Pooja Mottl by poring through her top-selling book The 3-Day Reset.

Lot’s of reading and learning, yes. But one book by acupuncturist, wellness expert and Founder of The Piper Center, Tracy Piper, is a new tome that is taking us time to get through but already has us feeling better and paying more attention to our bodies. Her first book, released on New Year’s Eve, is team ATD approved.

The Piper Protocol is is billed an an “insider’s secret”. Perhaps is Tracy’s steady stream of model and celebrity clientele. Or maybe its the discretion she and her team offers each and every client, the warm an inviting space she practices from in lower Manhattan’s SoHo, or maybe we just all need to start paying more attention. Tracy may be known amongst certain circles in New York City, but her book (aka the protocol) is for the masses and does a great job of detailing the what, how and way are bodies react to everything we put in and on it.

In just 4 weeks, The Piper Protocol will get you “internally fit”. Less bloating, less inflammation, more energy and more alertness. Things we all need and that may strive for. Tracy takes us through a straightforward month-long program that will not only allow you to clean out your kitchen, but also become more aware of what you are eating and when you are eating. Many turn to Tracy prior to their red-carpet appearances, and what works for a famous face can certainly work for you. The Piper Protocol is your steady, safe and effective detox for 2015.
