Fall is right around the corner. And with it comes the transition to new colors and palettes. One color set that is sticking with me into the news season is Sue Devitt’s Nordic Trek color collection, which debuted over the summer.
Internationally renowed makeup artist and native Australian Sue Devitt has been in the game long enough to know what works, what doesn’t and what has staying power. I’ve been a fan of her line for years now, having first struck gold with her Triple Seaweed Gel Foundation. Coupled with a dab of YSL’s Touche Eclat, it is the perfect combo for the face. Lightweight, packed with vitamins and water, it’s a natural and easy compliment to the skin, allowing it to “breathe”.
I played with the Nordic Trek palette this summer, which as a number of Sue’s collections, was inspired by her travels. Created with skin-saving antioxidants, the Nordic Trek palette is a fun way to dress up the eyes. According to Sue, it was the “pure, pristine, unspoiled landscape of Iceland” that inspired Nordic Trek, which is a fun and minimalist range of shimmery shades.Back to Blog
