You’ve read the VOGUE piece. You may have caught him in New York City in October celebrating his book launch. Or perhaps you have had the privilege of eating at his restaurant in Copenhagen. Either way, grab the book and experience new Nordic cuisine through the pages of NOMA Time & Place, a colorful look into the “best restaurant in the world”, Michelin-starred Noma, which opened in 2003.
32 year-old Rene Redzepi’s book NOMA Time & Place in Nordic Cuisine is a look into his world of clean, natural and exciting food. Frank Bruni of the New York Times spilled plenty of ink on Redzepi and his approach in a July 2010 article chronicling his path to food greatness, and the book is a careful illustration of it all. The images are beautiful and inspiring; and the book details Redzepi’s interesting and fortunate path to becoming #1.
Loving food the way we do, we found NOMA to be an engaging and educational look into not just a Nordic approach to food, but a new aesthetic and how to embrace it.
