Many years ago, I was put on to Talika products by my mom, who introduced me to the full line while in France. It is available for retail in NYC, but admittedly not the easiset brand to locate here. One random fact: Sephora shops in Singapore, of all places, are well-stocked.
I picked up a tube of Talika’s Eyebrow Lipocils, after a near unfortunate event at a salon overseas (I typically thread the brows, and have learned my lesson: STICK WITH THE ONE YOU KNOW that has been working on you for the past five years). Out of fear my brows were looking to thin, I began to apply Eyebrow Lipocils every night. It has been two months now and here’s the deal: It works, and works well. My brows aren’t bushy, but they are fuller and growing in faster, too.
Talika’s Eyebrow Lipocils is a non-scented “gel” with plant extracts that promises to “improve the look and beauty of the eyebrows”. And it does. My brows seem tamed and healthier now. This product is oil-free, gel based and there is also a lot of science behind it (Talika is a 60+ year-old French line of scientific “treatments”). I have now invested in this and the brand’s lash serum (stay tuned for a review), which coupled with my favorite drug-store brand mascara has been a hit!
